Clear Ballistics LLC ("Clear Ballistics," "we," "us," or "our") manufactures and sells synthetic ballistic gel and related products. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit clearballistics.com (the "Site"), buy from us, contact us, or receive our emails and text messages.

• Contact details: name, email address, phone number, and company or agency name

Payment information

Payment card data is entered through and processed by our third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

When you place an order through an affiliate partner's link, we share your order number and the products purchased with that partner so they can be credited for the referral. We do not share your name, address, email, phone number, or payment information with affiliate partners.

Email. By creating an account or placing an order with us, you agree to receive marketing emails from Clear Ballistics, including product news, promotions, and educational content. You can also subscribe through forms on the Site. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every marketing email. Unsubscribing does not stop transactional messages about your orders.

Text messages. If we offer text messaging, we will send marketing texts only to people who separately opt in, such as through a signup form on the Site. If you opt in, we will send recurring automated marketing messages to the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text message opt-in with third parties for their own marketing.

8. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, including order records we must keep for tax, accounting, and legal reasons. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your account password confidential and contact us right away if you believe your account has been compromised.

Canada and Australia. You may request access to and correction of your personal information, and you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

US residents. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws may exercise the rights above. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

We are based in the United States and ship worldwide. If you use the Site or order from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
